IT’S AN EXCEPTIONAL NEIGHBOURHOOD

The only workplace in the city with its own park. Three of the world’s most successful companies are putting down roots. This is where LinkedIn, Stripe and EY have chosen for their new headquarters.

A destination with something for everybody who lives and works in the city.

Wilton Park offers the best amenities in the city and the most innovative workplaces in the country. It takes the best architecture and design globally, and is inspired by the world’s favourite city communities. It brings it all back home to Dublin.

The development has taken years of preparation and careful consultation with city planners and local communities. Every detail, every material, and every amenity has been thought through meticulously to create a place that people love. A neighbourhood that will send ripples of value out into every corner of the city.

Asset 2

This is best location in Dublin. A unique park and canal side setting between Leeson and Baggot Street bridges.

Creating a bright new streetscape.

We’ve invested in the streets around Wilton Park to make them safe and people-friendly.

We’ve upgraded pavements, lighting, walkways and cycle paths.

And we’ve created a striking new 7-metre-high covered street. It links Mary Lavin Place to the park and Lad Lane, featuring a beautiful coloured glass ceiling by Irish artist James Earley.

Introducing a new public square.

Mary Lavin Place is a beautiful paved square with a mature cherry tree and an interactive water feature. And it’s the first public place in Ireland to be named after a female writer.

It celebrates Wilton Park’s deep literary connections and opens up a new social centre for the neighbourhood.

People will flock here to enjoy music, exhibitions, and community events, or simply relax over coffee while watching the kids happily splash in the water feature.

Opening up a welcoming green space.

The heart of the neighbourhood is a one-acre park. It was unloved and overlooked when we took over the site. But we’ve been busy renovating it.

Planting 30,000 new shrubs and 48 new trees. Restoring the Victorian fountain. Adding new seating, a dog park and a safe play area for toddlers. Installing a beautiful new abstract sculpture by artist Eilis O’Connell to honour writer Mary Lavin.

Now we’re opening it up seven days a week and inviting in the whole community to discover Wilton Park.

Restoration of three elegant Georgian buildings.

We want to encourage more people to call Wilton Park home, and to give the people who already live here a real sense of belonging and continuity.

We’ve restored three elegant Georgian buildings on Wilton terrace to offer accommodation for residents.

A walk in Baggotonia

Is there something in the water? The stretch of the city at Wilton Park, along and around the banks of Dublin’s Grand Canal has seen such a concentration of writers, poets, artists and thinkers, it is something of a wonder. Inspiring the likes of Mary Lavin, Patrick Kavanagh, Elizabeth Bowen, Maeve Binchy, JP Donleavy and more, it almost seems as if fresh ideas and well turned phrases may be waiting around every corner.

Follow Dublin’s literary footsteps along the Grand Canal, with some artworks along the way.
